  • Packshot

    A packshot is produced according to a template, which you customize to match your brand image. Every detail, such as the number of photos, angles, lighting, image ratio and background, is adjusted to ensure a consistent, faithful presentation.

  • Slot

    A group of packshots covering multiple similar items or following the same template. For example, a slot may include shoes, bags, or a combination of items, all photographed with the same approach.

  • Shoot

    A session that gathers several slots to create a complete set of shots for different items. Can include various products, always following the established guidelines to ensure perfect visual consistency across every photo.

Select offers and create slots

Start by selecting the offers corresponding to the product categories you wish to photograph: Packshot 360, Invisible Mannequin, or Flat Lay Packshot. Define your slots by grouping similar items or sharing a template, then integrate these different offers into your shoot.

Shoot coordination

Once we've received your request, we'll get back to you to arrange collection of the items and fix a date for the shoot. For a first shoot with Neoshoot, we will validate the templates with you beforehand.

Hassle-Free Logistics

For worry-free management, we offer DHL pick-up and return of your items. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the number of packages, their size and weight, and added to the final invoice. You are free to arrange shipment with the carrier of your choice if you prefer to manage this stage yourself.

Shoot Execution

Once your items arrive at the studio, we proceed with package verification and prepare the items for the shoot. For a first collaboration, we create sample packshots across your different slots for joint validation. If everything meets your expectations, we proceed with the full shoot.

Visual Approval & Return of Products

Files are sent to you within 72 hours. If you need to make any corrections, this is the time to let us know. As soon as the final files are approved, we inform the carrier so that they can collect your items and return them to you.

Payment & access to files

The final files are validated, your items are returned, and we send you the final invoice. Once payment has been received, the download link is available in your customer account.

Can you help me set up my first shoot?

Absolutely! Our team is ready to assist you at every step, from creating your slots to scheduling the shoot. Feel free to reach out for any help; we’ll be happy to guide you to make your first experience with NEOSHOOT a success.

I made a mistake in creating my slots, how can I modify them?

If you made an error when creating your slots and the pickup hasn’t been scheduled yet, don’t worry: we will contact you and correct it together at that time. If the pickup has already taken place, please contact your representative via the shoot tracking page to make the necessary changes.

When is the shoot date?

The shoot date is set based on the availability of slots in our studio, the pickup date at your location, and the arrival of the items at our studio. During the planning phase, we will provide you with a date, taking these factors into account to ensure a smooth process.

Do I need to be available on the day of the shoot?

For your first shoot, it is recommended to be available at an agreed-upon time slot to validate the packshot samples of your different slots. For subsequent shoots, your presence is not necessary: our team will handle everything, from receiving the items to taking the photos and videos. You will receive the files directly once the shoot is completed.

Can I choose another carrier?

Yes, you can choose a different carrier than DHL if you wish to handle the shipping and return logistics yourself. However, NEOSHOOT strongly recommends DHL for an optimal experience.

How much does transport cost?

Shipping costs are calculated according to the number of parcels, their dimensions and weight. After validating the shoot on our site, our team will contact you and estimate the cost of round-trip shipping. These costs are added to the total cost. We will invoice you for the exact amount charged by DHL.

How do I prepare my items for collection?

To facilitate the process, make sure your items are clean and well-packed for transport. We'll take care of wrinkle removal and final preparation before the photo shoot, to ensure impeccable results.
