A packshot is produced according to a template, which you customize to match your brand image. Every detail, such as the number of photos, angles, lighting, image ratio and background, is adjusted to ensure a consistent, faithful presentation.

If the product category doesn't appear in any of our offers, it doesn't necessarily mean that we can't shoot your products. If this is the case, please contact us and we'll check together.

Normally, the main aspects are defined in the offer before the slot is added to the shooting. However, if an aspect is not customizable at this stage, you can tell us about it when you validate your template.

A group of packshots covering multiple similar items or following the same template. For example, a slot may include shoes, bags, or a combination of items, all photographed with the same approach.

Shootings Planning and Organization

Absolutely! Our team is ready to assist you at every step, from creating your slots to scheduling the shooting. Feel free to reach out for any help; we’ll be happy to guide you to make your first experience with NEOSHOOT a success.

For your first shooting, it is recommended to be available at an agreed-upon time slot to validate the packshot samples of your different slots. For subsequent shoots, your presence is not necessary: our team will handle everything, from receiving the items to taking the photos and videos. You will receive the files directly once the shooting is completed.

To facilitate the process, make sure your items are clean and well-packed for transport. We'll take care of wrinkle removal and final preparation before the photo shoot, to ensure impeccable results.

If you made an error when creating your slots and the pickup hasn’t been scheduled yet, don’t worry: we will contact you and correct it together at that time. If the pickup has already taken place, please contact your representative via the shooting tracking page to make the necessary changes.

The shooting date is set based on the availability of slots in our studio, the pickup date at your location, and the arrival of the items at our studio. During the planning phase, we will provide you with a date, taking these factors into account to ensure a smooth process.

Transport & Logistics

Yes, you can choose a different carrier than DHL if you wish to handle the shipping and return logistics yourself. However, NEOSHOOT strongly recommends DHL for an optimal experience.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the number of parcels, their dimensions and weight. After validating the shooting on our site, our team will contact you and estimate the cost of round-trip shipping. These costs are added to the total cost. We will invoice you for the exact amount charged by DHL.

1) If you have chosen DHL, we can insure the contents for the value of the items shipped.

  • If the incident occurs on the way to the studio, we will have to postpone the shoot or carry out a partial shoot, depending on the extent of the damage.
  • In all cases, we will put you in touch with DHL's dedicated service to obtain compensation.

2) If you choose to use your own carrier, you must take out the appropriate insurance cover.

DHL is known for its speed and reliability in transportation. By choosing DHL, you can be confident that your items will be handled safely and delivered on time, which is crucial for adhering to scheduled shooting. Additionally, with a single intermediary between your business and our studio, you gain efficiency. Our proximity to their warehouse further reduces processing times.

Technical Service Details

We do not offer the possibility of viewing photos in real time during the shoot. However, if this is your first shoot with NEOSHOOT, or if you are launching a new product line with a new template, we will provide you with a preview of the photos by slot as the shoot progresses for validation.

We create a tracking page after the shoot has been validated. You'll find the current stage, package tracking links, files to validate templates during the shoot, final files... In short, everything you need to know or need to do!

The link associated with the shoot is sent to you by e-mail when it is generated. If necessary, we can provide it again.

Our post-production times vary according to the volume of items and slots making up your shoot. For slots created using Packshot 360, retouching is minimal, and only quality control is performed. Files are therefore generally available the very next day. For the Invisible Mannequin offer, on the other hand, the process takes longer, as we make sure that the trimmings are perfectly carried out and that the mannequins remain totally invisible. It can take up to 72 hours to finalize these images.

Billing & payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer using the details displayed in your customer area, in the shooting details section.

Payment is made after the shoot, once the final files have been validated.

After the shooting

Once the files have been validated and the invoice has been paid, we generate a WeTransfer link which we place on the tracking page of your shoot and send to you by e-mail.

Final files are stored for 1 year, after which we cannot return them to you. It is your responsibility to store them on a durable or cloud-based medium.

Contact us and we'll resend the files, generating a new WeTransfer link and following the original procedure.
